Imagine walking into a home and knowing that every single thing was just as you wanted it; that vision became a reality for Travis Boak, who recently received the keys to his dream home.
Handing over the keys to a new home is easily our favourite part of the building process here at Serenity Homes. The new owner's excitement and the satisfaction of a job well done is unbeatable. That was absolutely the case when we handed over Travis Boak's keys.
Our suppliers and tradesmen have once again delivered the superior quality that we have come to expect at Serenity Homes, with a special thank you to Caesarstone, who provided the benchtop surfaces all throughout Travis' home.
While most people think that handover is the final stage of a build, we at Serenity Homes know that our relationship with our customers will continue long after they have received their keys. As part of our personal approach to building, we like to stay in touch with our clients well into the future; it's just one aspect of the Serenity experience.

You are probably aware by now that Serenity Homes is a small family business, owned and operated by Gary and Jennifer Barnes. Earlier this month, their son Richard decided to leave his job as an electrician to join us here at Serenity Homes.
Richard has completed an electrical apprenticeship and has been working as a qualified electrician while studying building management through the HIA. He has inherited his parents' attention to detail and desire for perfection and we think that these qualities will be a great asset to the team.
Here at Serenity Homes, we build every house as though it were our own and we know that our workmanship is a reflection on the family name.
As we have mentioned previously, we are currently building two custom homes in the stunning suburb of Stonyfell.
Since our last update, huge progress has been made on Stonyfell One! The Hebel panelling and internal linings are complete and we are now ready to see the interior start to take shape with the 2nd fixing and kitchen scheduled to begin soon.
To see timelapse videos of the progress at Stonyfell One, click here. These videos are extremely useful if you are interested in how homes can be built on sloping sites, which is our speciality here at Serenity Homes.
Stonyfell Two is also coming along well, with the bricks laid and roof on - just in time too, as we've got a very wet winter ahead of us!
Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months about these beautiful homes in the scenic suburb of Stonyfell.
