Magill

SOLD IN THE FIRST WEEK!

It's a common misconception that building an investment property is about throwing something cheap together so you can get as much money back as possible, however, this certainly wasn't the case for our Magill project.

Our clients spent a little more on the overall build but the finished product was of such high quality that the home sold within a week of being on the market... and for above asking price! Needless to say, our clients were ecstatic with this result.

If you're interested in developing your investment portfolio and would like to discuss your own investment plans with Gary, contact us today for a no obligation discussion about how we can help you.

OUT AND ABOUT

July has, as always, been a busy month for social events.

Early in the month, the Serenity team attended The Quarter Club Premier's Games Appeal at the Adelaide Convention Centre. This spectacular event is held annually to raise funds to send South Australian athletes to the Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games.

The theme for the night was "Magic Ball" and drew inspiration from the Magic Ball at Copacabana Palace in Rio with gowns, luxury costumes and captivating performances, including music from Nicky Bomba's Bustamento

The following week, Gary and Jennifer attended the Port Power Annual Gala, this year following the theme "Shanghai Nights".

The evening was full of colourful entertainment and authentic food with live music and a live auction, raising money for the club.

WHAT'S NEW?

Gainsborough have just released this brilliant digital entry lever lock and are calling it "the new standard in digital locking solutions".

These locks are the ultimate new gadget when it comes to home security with no worry about losing your keys (or locking them inside).

Entry is gained by entering a code on the keypad, which illuminates at night for visibility, or by touching an entry tag to the device. Individual codes can be created for each user and one time codes can be made for tradesmen or guests!

Available in a bright or satin chrome, these new handles are a perfect and affordable addition to your home and are designed for DIY installation, so if you're looking for a weekend DIY project, this might be the one!
