The long awaited handover of Stonyfell One has taken place this month and our clients are thrilled!
After a year of hard work, we were able to hand over the keys to Stonyfell One, much to the delight of our clients. Here at Serenity Homes, we find this final step to be the most exciting as it is an opportunity to see all of our hard work come to life and of course, to see the reactions from our clients who have waited patiently for their dream home to be complete.
The only word that comes to mind when walking into Stonyfell One is "wow" and we hope that when we get pictures, we can capture the true beauty that is this home so that you can all experience it with us. With high ceilings, ornate chandeliers and light fittings, large, open spaces and huge windows overlooking the sights of Stonyfell, this home just radiates a feel of luxury.
Much to our delight, Stonyfell Two is also fast approaching handover and we hope to have them settled into their dream home next month.
All that we have left to do on this beautiful project is complete the painting, install the rest of the bathroom and kitchen fittings and give the place a good clean, after that our clients will be able to start moving in - what a great Christmas present!
If you are interested in building a home and getting a taste of that new home excitement, just as our Stonyfell clients have, be sure to contactGary before our office closes for the holidays.
With summer fast approaching and the warmer weather finally peeking through, we thought it might be time for some tips on how to make your home even better this sunny season!
Our blog post, 5 Ideas for the Perfect Summer Backyard, gives some ideas on unique and interesting features you could add to your backyard in order to add more functionality and fun during the warmer months.
We also love to help our new clients make informed decisions from the beginning of the building process, for example making them aware of any potential issues building in bushfire zones, ensuring their home is energy efficient and eco-friendly and advising which windows and features will provide better temperature control throughout their home. These factors not only make the home more comfortable to live in but can also reduce the cost of utilities, ensure long term safety and add value to your home for the future.
If you are looking for some advice on how to build a home that will suit your needs through every season, get in touch with Gary today and come in for a chat and a coffee - or an iced coffee, if the weather permits!
